Payment methods

  1. The seller provides the following payment methods:
    • payment via the electronic payment system (Blue Media),
    • payment upon delivery to the supplier, i.e., cash on delivery.
  2. In the case of payment via the electronic payment system, the Customer makes the payment before the Order is processed. The electronic payment system allows payment by credit card or quick transfer from selected Polish banks.
  3. In the case of payment upon delivery, the shipment is sent after verifying the correctness of the address data. The Customer is obliged to pay for the Order and collect the Product from the supplier.
  4. The Customer is obliged to make the payment for the Sale Agreement within 3 business days from the date of its conclusion, unless the Sale Agreement states otherwise.
  5. In the case of choosing the payment described in point 1.1 of this paragraph, the Product will be sent only after it has been paid for.

  6.  Electronic payments and card payments via Blue Media S.A. - the currently available payment methods are specified on the Online Store's website.

    Settlements for transactions made with electronic payments and credit cards are conducted according to the Customer's choice via Blue Media S.A. The handling of electronic payments and credit card payments is carried out by:

    Blue Media joint-stock company based in Sopot at Haffnera Street, registered in the entrepreneurs' register maintained by the District Court Gdańsk-North in Gdańsk, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000320590, NIP 585-13-51-185, Regon 191781561, with a share capital of 2,000,000 PLN (fully paid), supervised by the Financial Supervision Authority and registered in the register of national payment institutions under number IP17/2013.

    Accepted payment cards: 1) Visa, 2) Visa Electron, 3) MasterCard, 4) MasterCard Electronic, 5) Maestro.

    The operator of payment cards is PayPro SA Settlement Agent, Kanclerska Street 15, 60-327 Poznań, registered in the Entrepreneurs' Register of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court Poznań New Town and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, Regon 301345068.

  7. In the event of a need to refund the funds for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller will make the refund to the bank account assigned to the customer's payment card.
