Delivery time and costs
TERMS, TIME, AND METHODS OF PRODUCT DELIVERY
- The delivery costs of the Product, which are covered by the Customer, are determined during the ordering process and depend on the choice of payment method and delivery method of the purchased Product.
- The delivery time of the Product consists of the product preparation time and the delivery time by the carrier:
- the product preparation time is 1 business day from the moment of positive transaction authorization by the electronic payment system or acceptance of the Order for processing by the Seller in case of cash on delivery payment
- delivery of Products constituting movable items by the carrier takes place within the time declared by them, i.e., up to 2 business days from the moment the shipment is dispatched (delivery takes place only on business days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) in Poland, and according to the table below for international shipping - Products purchased in the Store are shipped via courier company

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS
Shipments are sent by the selected carrier or logistics adapted to the delivery country (DPD, DHL, GLS, UPS, FedEx, InPost, Packeta, Olza, Eurohermes, Postnord, and Hellmann).
Shipping cost and delivery time depend on the zone assigned to the delivery country.
